ARTMIS commercial and office complex is under construction in a 30,000 square-meter used land located at north part of KHALIJ Fars small sea, west of Tehran (zone no. 22).<\/p>\n

This project consists of 5 blocks and 360,000 square-meter applicable area, with the following applications:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Commercial, office apartment, welfare, restaurant, cultural, recreation and sport centers.<\/p>\n

These 5 blocks are connected to each other from lowest basement to 4th floor (Roof Garden). From the 5th floor, the office blocks separate from each other. The highest block has 110 meters\u2019 height. Block no. 2, actually consists of two neighborly blocks.<\/p>\n

The very important expertized systems of this projects are:<\/p>\n

–\u00a0CCHP (Combined Cooling, Heating and Power Plant) located in between of the blocks.<\/p>\n

–\u00a0BMS (Building Management System).<\/p>\n

–\u00a0PMS & PGS (Parking Management & Guidance Systems).<\/p>\n

–\u00a0Office Automation Systems.<\/p>\n
