ALMAS-GHOO Hotel Complex – Salman Shar

This hotel complex in a 43000 square meter land, located in north part of IRAN (Mazandaran state, Salman shahr coasts, known as “Motel Ghoo”) with the following applications is under construction: Commercial, housing, apartments, tourism, cultural, sport & welfare services for Iranian & foreign tourists.

This complex consists of three following towers:

1,2- Two of the towers for housing & commercial affairs, each of them with 25 floors and totally 297 housing units.

3- The third tower is a luxury hotel with 35 stories.

In between of the hotel and housing towers, sport complex is located. Underground floors of housing tower are dedicated to commercial complex, hyper market and parking units.
