Building of Tehran Subway Control Center – Tehran

Contract for design of all construction and installation works including all architecture works, interior architecture, structure, installations and electrical-mechanical equipment was concluded with this consulting engineers in the year 1998.

Our colleague for construction works in this projects is Artabin company as a great construction consultant in Iran. This building with 14000 square meters have numerous features and include number of multi floors underground building with high halls for control equipment allocation and 6 floors over land for administrative and management services of Tehran subway.

Control Building from exterior view, quality of performed works and innovation in building is one of the beautiful and considerable building in Tehran all basements and equipment section are under process of utilization from the year 2003 and administrative section also was completed and utilized in some years later.

Meanwhile, in south side of this section, other buildings named Green Buildings was designed for completion of management section.

Building was constructed in an area of 14000 m2 and equipped with high voltage power and special electrical post underground while observe all standards regulations and verification of high grade consultants of Tehran subway.
