IRAN Mall – West Extension – Tehran

Iran Mall commercial, office and cultural complex, is under construction in west part of Tehran, south side of Shahid Hemmat high-way, with a total area of about 1,750,000 square-meter.

West extension of this project which is the second phase of it, has a total area of about 750,000 square- meter, and consist of following stories:

1. Parking units: 10 stories
2. Commercial units: 10 stories
3. Office tower: 50 stories, with total height of 350 meter.

In upper floors of the tower, special applications such as restaurant, welfare, recreation and tourism services are considered.

Concept design and schematic drawings of the project is prepared by a Canadian consultant (NORR) and the detail design and IFC drawings will be prepared by this consulting engineers (ECE).
