The complex consists of 9 parking  floors(-9  to – 1 basements), ground floor, half – floor , commercial and service floors (1st – 3rd floor) and 2 office towers, Each tower contains of 35  office floors and finally upper floors (39^th to 40^th) has utility spaces. Energy consulting engineers designed modern & up to date mechanical & electrical and BMS systems in 2014, and now we are supervising the performance of MEP systems. Installation systems are designed so that the tower can obtain LEED certification
